 Trade Show: Sapore 2012

From February 25th to the 28th, it's time again for the Rimini, Italy trade show dedicated to food and drinks consumed outside the house (read restaurants, cafeterias, hotel rooms, bars, and any other venture or location which offer any kind of eatable items.)
Sapore, Tasting Experience: Gusti, Riti e Tendenze 24 Ore Fuori Casa (Flavors, Rites and Trends 24 Hours Out of Home) as the Rimini event is called, includes six separate trade shows which address the same audience: hospitality and restaurant buyers and professionals.
The six sections of the whole show are:
- MIA (Mostra Internnazionale dell'Alimentazione, or International Food Exhibition)
This section is dedicated in particular to the catering industry and catering professionals.
- SELEZIONE BIRRA / BEVERAGE E CO
Split section with an area dedicated exclusively to beer, while the Beverage e Co area is dedicated to all sort of drinks, from distilled spirits to energy drinks and sodas, with the sole exclusion of wine. Dedicated to restaurants, hotels, bars, large distribution, grocery stores, press.
- DIVINO LOUNGE
Dedicated to wine importers and distributors, restaurants, wine bars, grocery stores, large distribution and, of course, the press.
- MSE (Mediterranean Seafood Exhibition)
This is the only trade show dedicated exclusively to Mediterranean seafood, from fresh to frozen, from ready-made dishes to preserved specialties, plus all the related technology and machinery for transformation and preservation of the products.
- ORO GIALLO (Salone Internazional e dell'Olio di Oliva, or International Olive Oil Salon)
Four days of seminars, guided tasting, and analyses of premium extra virgin olive oils. Dedicated to restaurants, grocery stores, large distributions, importers and distributors.
- FRIGUS (Rassegna Specializzata di Surgelati e Attrezzature per il Ciclo del Freddo, or Specialized Frozen Food Review and Equipment for the Freezing Process)
The only Italian trade show dedicated especially frozen food and related equipment.
